Remembering Thomas Robert Murray 'Tom'

Passed peacefully at the “cottage hospice” of Soldier’s Memorial Hospital in Orillia surrounded by family on Saturday March 22, 2025, in his 89th year. Tom, loving husband to Doreen for 60 years, will be sadly missed by his son Robert (Shirley Impellizzeri), and daughter Cynthia (Mark Boncardo) Murray, by his grandchildren Jessica (Cody Liddard) Murray-Liddard and Alexandra (Travis Vanderkooy) Vanderkooy, and by his great grandchildren Lillian, Brooks, Beau, Bryn, Emma, and Laura. Tom will be missed by his sister Lorraine and sister-in-law, Margaret and was predeceased by his brothers Frank and Kenneth. A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Saturday April 5, 2025 from 1-3 P.M. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Mariposa House Hospice and would be appreciated by the family.

    I have known Tom for over 58 years we had so many good times playing cards getting together Vegas and so much more so many laughs and jokes.
