Dear Marian, Derek, Brendon and Family.......Sending our Sincerest Condolences on the loss of your Beloved Hubby, Dad, Dido and Brother. Remembering the two of you dancing to "White Wedding" on your 40th still puts smiles on our faces. Some people knew him as Wild Bill, others as Big Bill. To us he will always be remembered as our Backyard Bill. We have fond memories of get-togethers with Bill's friendly and neighbourly banter. Your back light was always on in the early mornings and the late nights. Now your light is shining down on everybody. RIP

  2. Marianne Boychuk on behalf of Boychuk family

Our deepest sympathies for the loss of Bill. He had a huge presence and a force for music and laughter that could not be ignored but happily savoured with gratitude. Aunty Grace especially enjoyed her annual conversations and updates on the family. We will all be with you in spirit as you celebrate his life marked by generosity, sociability and laughter. Much love from your “western” family Grace, Chris, Meghan and Luke, Daryl and Danielle, Phil, Terry, Marianne, Dwayne and Jory

  3. Dave Battaino

Bill was quite the guy. I remember in grade 5 or 6 at Christmas time our teacher asked who would like to sing a Christmas song. I sd “I would and named my son Little Drummer Boy”. The problem was I started singing @Soldier Biy, your my little solder Boy. The class roared and the teacher pointed out it was Drummer Boy I was thinking of. So Bill took over and divided the class in two groups having one group sing BRUM BRUM BRUM while the other group sang A NEW KING HAS COME BA RUM PA PUM PUM etc. BILL HAD INHERITED HIS FATHERS MUSICAL SKILLS. HE SAVED THE DAY SPECTACULARLY!!! Quite the guy! Always joking and smiling. I OFFER MY CONDOLENCES.

  15. Darka Evtushenko

Dear Marian, Derek, Brendon and family, I remember Bill as a jolly, unique character who loved to party and enjoy life. Loved a great bbq with friends and neighbours. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for little London. I remember the day he walked down to the beach with his cane to play with her in the sand. Bill never went to the beach.🤩 He left unexpectedly but will remain with us forever. Rest in peace dear neighbour. Darka, Peter and children
