It’s with profound sadness that we announce the sudden death of our daughter, Grace Ellen Fagan on Sunday March 2, 2025 in her 23rd year from a type 1 diabetes crisis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis.
Grace was the beloved daughter of Paula Stewart (Shane) and Scott Fagan (Stacy). Dear sister to Taelor Fagan (Genevieve) and Scott Fagan Jr. (Seleena).
Cherished Granddaughter to Sandra Scott (Terry), Sandy Burke and Scott Fagan Sr. Predeceased by her Grandmother, Nancy Fagan.
Grace was the best Mama to her precious Puffs, Sugar & Daisy who will hold her forever in their fur hearts.
Grace was an aspiring college nursing student with the passion to become a Diabetes Educator to help others with Type 1 Diabetes, particularly children.
Grace will always be remembered by her contagious laugh, beautiful smile and her love for the colour pink.
People are welcome to join the family and dress in pink for the service to honour her.
Family and friends are welcome to join the service held at Carson Funeral Home – L.Doolittle Chapel in Orillia, ON at 54 Coldwater St. East. The family will receive friends on Monday March 10, 2025 from 11 am until time of service in the chapel at 1 o’clock.
