August 31, 1938 – December 9, 2024
With profound sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Detlef (Ted) Karl Gryzick on December 9, 2024, at Southlake Regional Health Centre, in his 86th year.
Ted was predeceased by his beloved wife, Betty Gryzick, with whom he shared a beautiful life in Bayshore Village. Together, they cultivated a warm and welcoming community of friends during their retirement years. Ted's legacy of love and kindness will be cherished by his family: Karen and Mark Bonokoski, Erin Bonokoski and Drew Paulusse, along with their daughters Briar and Morgan, as well as many dear friends and extended family members.
A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre or a charity of your choice. Contributions will be graciously accepted by the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Home, located at 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia. For inquiries, please call (705) 326-3595.
