Remembering John Andrew Abernethy Cherman McPherson 'Jack'

Passed peacefully at Trillium Manor in Orillia on Thursday July 25, 2024 in his 99^th year.  John, loving husband to Helen, will be lovingly remembered by his step children Michael Robertson, Debbie (David) Brandkamp, Dianne (Michael) McCaw, by his granddaughter Jennifer (Keith) Evered, and by his step grandchildren Ryan (Courtney), Kristina (Andrew), and Robbie.  John is predeceased by his daughter Linda Summa, by his brothers Alexander, George, and Jim, and by his step granddaughter Stephanie Whiston.  A memorial service will be held at Carson Funeral Homes – L.Doolittle Chapel  54 Coldwater St. E Orillia (705)326-3595, on Saturday August 3, 2024 at 11 o’clock.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society and would be appreciated by the family.
