Earl passed away peacefully on Monday November 13th at Mariposa House Hospice, following a year long battle with cancer. Earl is survived by his loving wife Kathleen (Morgan) of 48 years. Earl was the proud father of three sons, Clayton, Corey, Christoper (Bota). He was blessed with two beautiful granddaughters Vivian and Amelia. Earl will be fondly remembered by family and friends for his quick wit and quick temper. Earl was an old fashioned meat cutter he learned this trade in his early 20’s in West Hill. Earl was fortunate to be able to travel south to Cuba, Mexico, and later spent winters in Florida. It was in Mexico that he fell in love with deep sea fishing. During his first trip to Los Cabos he caught a 120lb tuna, nothing he caught after that came close to it. A special thank you to Joanne Matte who was with us from the very beginning of this journey, her compassion and support was unwavering. Thank you to the Bayshore Nurses. A very special thank you to the nurses and staff at Mariposa House Hospice for the care and devotion they showed to Earl in his final days. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will take place in the spring. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations maybe made to Mariposa House Hospice.
