Passed away at the Royal Victoria Hospital on Tuesday September 27, 2022 at the age of 65. Predeceased by his parents John Allan Hazlett and Ruth Yvonne Hazlett (Scrimshaw). Born to Lois McCrea. Loving brother of 7 siblings, Debbie Flemming (Ray Flemming predeceased), Dorothy Hansen (David Hansen predeceased), Nancy Hazlett (Dieter Freimuth), Shirley Nicks (Terry Nudds predeceased), Kim Mortier (Michael Mortier), Rob Hazlett (Janet), Lynn Hazlett (Robert Hopkins). Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 22, at the Couchiching Golf & Country Club, 370 Peter St. N., Orillia from 1-4 PM. Arrangements entrusted to the Carson Funeral Home L. Doolittle Chapel 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia (705) 326-3595.
