Remembering Kathy Melissa Conwell

Passed away suddenly at home on Sunday April 7, 2019 at the age of 45. Loving mother

of Denton Benedict, Sebastian Parent, Sydney Parent and Oren Parent. Cherished

daughter of Barbara Beaman and the late Conrad Conwell. Adored and treasured by her

brother, the late John Conwell. Kathy will be missed by husband Lucien Parent and many

extended family and friends. She will forever be remembered for her excellent gardening

and cooking skills. As well as her ability to make people laugh in even the most

unconventional situations. Kathy always opened her door and heart to anyone in need,

taking in many children, friends and sometimes strangers in the process. Her funny and

charming personality and kind heart will forever be remembered by many.

Friends will be received at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street,

Midland (705) 526-6551 for visitation on Sunday April 14th, 2019 from 6-8pm. Funeral

service to be held in our chapel on Monday April 15th, 2019 at 11am cremation to

follow. Memorial donations to Linda’s gifting project would be appreciated by the family

if desired.
