Remembering Mary Ada Davis (nee O'Donnell)

At the Toronto General Hospital on Saturday August 16, 2014 in her 77th year. Mary Davis of Orillia, beloved wife of Kenneth Davis. Loving mother of Martin Cooke (Heather), Stephen Cooke (Connie), Christine Bennett (Ronald) and Denise Smeaton (Drew). Loved by 12 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Fay Hannah, Lois Bailey (predeceased), Kathleen Hampson & Valerie Brown. Mary was a kind and selfless soul who touched many. Her fairness, congeniality, and caring nature were appreciated by all. Mary will be dearly missed forever. The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E. Orillia, (705) 326-3595, on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. A Memorial Service to celebrate Mary’s life will be held at St. James’ Anglican Church, corner of Coldwater & Peter Streets, Orillia, on Thursday August 21, 2014, at 2 o’clock. The family will greet friends at the church from 1-2 P.M. If desired, memorial donations to St. James’ Anglican Church, Orillia, would be appreciated by the family.
