Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Thursday February 15, 2018 at the age of 71. Marlene Jones of Oro-Medonte, beloved wife of Larry Jones. Loving mother of Scott Jones of Courtice, Todd Jones (Fazia) of Toronto and Andrew Sharpless (Nelda) of King City. Loved by her grandchildren Nathan, Amanda (Raffelle) and Jessica. Dear sister of Carol Reid (Jim) of Oro-Medonte. Will be sadly missed by her niece Deanna (Murray) and her nephew Andrew (Allison). Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Marlene’s life will be held at the Salvation Army Barrie Church, 151 Lillian Cres., Barrie, Ontario on Friday February 23, 2018 at 11 o’clock. If desired, memorial donations to the Salvation Army Barrie Corp, Living for Jesus, Orillia or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
