Passed away suddenly at Hillcrest Village on Friday August 25, 2017 at the age of 86. Loving husband of the late Beth (nee Bailey). Cherished father of Bill (Jane), Tom (Kath), Andy (Jenny), Lynn (Gary) and Gail. Proud grandfather of Laura (Mitchel), Paul, Michael, Nicole, Julie, David and Jonathon. Family and friends will be received at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland (705) 526-6551 on Thursday August 31, 2017 from 11am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 12pm. All are invited to a luncheon immediately following the service. The family will gather on Friday September 1, 2017 at Lakeview Cemetery in Meaford, Ontario for the internment. Memorial donations to Plan International or Hospice Huronia would be appreciated by the family if desired.
