Remembering Catherine Ann Blackmore 'Kay'

Peacefully at the Leacock Care Centre, Orillia, on Saturday August 13, 2016 at the age of 75. Kay Blackmore of Orillia, beloved wife of the late Donald Blackmore. Loving sister of Shirley & husband Jim Harrison of Orillia. Dear sister-in-law of June Roberts, Glen Tate (the late Beulah), Lenora Blackmore and the late David Blackmore. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Leacock Care Centre for the wonderful care and friendship that Kay has received. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595, on Thursday from 7-9 P.M. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday morning, August 19, 2016, at 11 o’clock followed by a reception. Interment Ebenezer/Deerhurst Cemetery, West Gwillimbury. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Orillia S.P.C.A. would be appreciated by the family.
